Our Team
Paul is an award-winning dealmaker with over 10 years experience in corporate finance in the UK. Prior experience includes M&A with FRP plc in London, managing to completion both sell-side and buy-side processes. Paul started his career in M&A and Debt Advisory with EY in London, where he qualified as a chartered accountant. He is a member of the Institute for Securities & Investment.
Stefan has over 5 years experience in investment banking in the UK and Germany. Prior experience includes M&A with Initium Corporate Finance, where he was leading projects and communications in financial, accounting and tax matters. Stefan started his career with Deloitte in M&A Transaction Services. Stefan is a chartered accountant (ICAEW) and a previous founder of a fintech. He is a member of the Institute for Securities & Investment.
At BlueKnight, Ademola leads a team of engineers and is responsible for developing our proprietary technology. Initially in banking for 5 years, Ademola ventured into self-taught coding from where he then transitioned to senior roles in IT and data engineering at consulting firms and blue-chip companies leading cross-border teams and advising global investment banks and corporates.
At BlueKnight, George supports the day-to-day operations of the business, builds and strengthens relationships with M&A advisors, and is responsible for overseeing and driving business development. Prior to BlueKnight, George served as Head of Business Development at Apollo Private Wealth and worked in institutional financial sales in London.
